Agora Pulse is the social media management platform to manage the RFDS national social channels as of July 2020. It has the key functionality for publishing, scheduling, responding to our communities, listening and reporting on our social media channels. It gives us the resources to be able to control brand messaging while also providing full transparency to all.

 

Users:

Within our Agora Pulse subscription we have capacity for up to 3 Users per Section/Operation. Each RFDS company can work out who they wish to have access. 

 

State Admin:

Each Section/Operation must have one of their Users as their State Agora Pulse Admin. This person will be the person that on-boards users, oversees the use of the platform from their company, answers queries and coordinates locally. This is key as trying to manage 18 individual users around the country from the Federation Office is simply not possible. As of July 2020, the Agora Pulse State Admins are:

Training/Tutorials:

In addition to demonstrations done initially, Agora Pulse has an extensive range of training materials on how to use the Agora Pulse platform. Support Chat:

There is an Agora Pulse Online Chat Support Line that can be used by all Sections/Operations if needed. This chat line responds within 2 hours or less and there are a team of 4+ people that oversee Support to ensure that customers are assisted in both a timely and thorough manner. Our Account Manager is Aaron Lee, however all members of the Support Online Chat team work with Aaron Lee and keep him informed if he is not online when your question comes through.
