The RFDS have 5 national social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube


The RFDS use a social media management platform called AgoraPulse to manage and post to these platforms. 

If you need access to the RFDS Social Media Channel please create a ticket to request AgoraPulse access with the below details: 


  1. Name & Email of the potential user
  2. Reason social media access is required. 


Please note the RFDS have a limited capacity for AgoraPulse users, so only a handful of staff from each section will be permitted admin access. If granted access you will receive an email invitation to the platform. Please read attached Agora Pulse Guidelines prior to using the platform. 


If you think you need direct access to any of the Social Media Platforms, please create a ticket that outlines the below: 

  1. Platform you need direct access to
  2. Reason you need direct access (FB advertising, Instagram stories/carousals, YouTube uploads of big files) 


Please note each section is permitted limited direct admins to the social platforms.
