Whilst our website doesn't have all the bells & whistles of some other websites we can usually accommodate most requests or find a work around with an existing content type.
Web developer time to make changes to the website is very EXPENSIVE. Federation office has a limited budget for general maintenance, updates and fixes for the website each year.
Feature requests are appreciated. We won't be able to accommodate if we don't know what you need. However if the request is unique to your section/operation it may not be approved, may need to be self-funded or may require support as a priority from other Sections/Operations for budget to be allocated.
