Occasionally people have run into an error where they can't delete a rich text box or other content type off a page they are working on. Sometimes you will try and save a web page you are working on, and receive an error and realise that a content type you tried to delete is still there.
To solve this issue you need to type some text into the text box then click delete again. Once there is some text within the content type it should delete as normal.
