If you are having trouble with the display of your text after you have copied it from a word document it may be because the word formatting does not align with our website formatting.
This might be the issue when you cannot space out your text correctly, bullet points are appearing incorrectly, you can't bold or format the text the way you want.
If this is occurring try and paste your text into a 'plain text editor' and copy it from here before pasting into the backend of the website. This will remove any formatting from word.
Google 'plain text editor' and you will find many free online sites where you can do this.
